Is this the forum for politics?

I gotta say, I was really hopeful when Obama got "elected".

I'm a registered democrat and a lifelong union member.

Now I'm getting really worried.

There's going to be a lot of change.

I got this from NRA early this morning:

"As President Obama indicated during the campaign, there are just a few gun-related changes that we would like to make, and among them would be to reinstitute the ban on the sale of assault weapons," Holder said. Based on Holder's testimony during his confirmation hearings before the Senate, those other "changes" presumably include prohibiting private transfers of firearms and banning most center-fire rifle ammunition as "armor-piercing."


Don’t even get me going on this bunch of anti American outlaws. Democrat Republican it doesn’t matter there all a bunch of liars.

No question things were in a bad way already, but I really sense that Obama's decisions are not for the good of the American people, but only serve to promote a personal agenda. Hmmmm, isn't that what they accused Bush of doing for the last 8 years?
